PURPOSE: A device for compensating mismatch loss of a PV module is provided to amplify an output current while keeping maximum power of an irregular module to make the output current equal to a current of a PV(Photovoltaic cell) string, thereby compensating loss due to a large current mismatch. CONSTITUTION: A DC-DC converter(31) amplifies a short-circuit current of an irregular module(22). The DC-DC converter is made of a switch element(Q), a circulating current diode(D), an inductor(L), and a capacitor(C). A controller(32) controls the DC-DC converter to make the current at a peak power point equal to the current of a peak current point of a PV string. The controller controls a ratio of an input current to an output current by controlling a duty of a PWM signal. The controller includes a peak power point tracking function.
