PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing beer containing medicinal plant materials is provided to replace hop with green tea leaves or Artemisia capillaris Thunb and to enrich flavor and taste. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing beer containing plant medicinal material comprises: a step of adding brewing water to ingredient malt and decomposing malt into proteins at 50-52C for 10-60 minutes; a step of transferring the proteins into a saccharifying tank and performing saccharification at 62-65C for 30-120 minutes; a step of adding green tea leaves or Artemisia capillaris Thunb and boiling at 95-105C for 30-90 minutes; a step of cooling at room temperature; and a step of adding yeast and pre-fermenting at 12-15C for 5-10 days, and maturing at 1-4C for 8-13 days to obtain fermentation.
