PURPOSE: An installation structure of a dry type underground double wall using a composite panel is provided to minimize fogging on a window by making the air circulation smooth. CONSTITUTION: An installation structure of a dry type underground double wall using a composite panel comprises an upper runner(10), a lower runner(20), a lightweight steel skeleton member(30), a support molding, upper and lower composite panels(50,50a) and upper and lower finishing moldings(60,60a). The top runner is fixed to a ceiling(110) which is located to be separated with an inner waterproof wall(100). The lower runner is fixed to a waterproof protrusion(120) formed in the floor side. The lightweight steel skeleton member is inserted between the upper runner and lower runner and supported with the supporter. The support molding is fixed to the lightweight steel skeleton member. The upper and lower finishing molding plates comprise cover pieces(62,64).
