摘要

PURPOSE: A black body assembly for calibration of an infrared detector is provided to easily estimate the representative surface temperature of a black body from temperature sensors installed in the black body and minimize temperature differences on the black body surface.;CONSTITUTION: A black body assembly for calibration of an infrared detector comprises a black body(1), temperature sensors, a heater(4), a flange(9), a heat pipe(10), a radiator(11), and a radiator heater. The black body is installed in a satellite to face an infrared detector and emits infrared ray when heated. The temperature sensors are installed in the black body at the intervals of 120 degrees in the circumferential direction. The heater is attached to a flat plate integrated in the back side of the black body. The flange has a ring shape and serves as a connection unit for mounting on the satellite of the black body. The heat pipe whose one end is connected to the rear center of the black body transfers heat through condensed liquid stored inside. The radiator in which the other end of the heat pipe is connected to the rear side has a surface being exposed to the external environment of the satellite. The radiator heater is attached to the heat pipe connection point on the rear side of the radiator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
