PURPOSE: Waste plastic pyrolyzing method and apparatus are provided to neutralize the generation of hydrogen chloride and hydrogen cyanide gas by mixing waste plastic and powder lime hydrate.;CONSTITUTION: A burner(110) supplies combustion heat. The combustion heat is discharged through a chimney. A convection plate(130) defines a space between the burner and the chimney. One or more thermolysis chambers are horizontally installed in a combustion furnace. An opening and closing door(210) is formed at the rear end of the thermolysis chambers. Waste plastic is supplied through the opening and closing door. A pyrolyzing discharging hole(220) is formed on the upper side of the thermolysis chambers.
