PURPOSE: A turbine blade for wind power generation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to permeate resin into a carbon fiber layer by dividing the carbon fiber layer into a first carbon fiber layer and a second carbon fiber layer. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade for wind power generation comprises a carbon fiber layer, a first inner glass fiber layer, a first surface glass fiber layer(G1), a second surface glass fiber layer(G2), and a second inner glass fiber layer(G0). The carbon fiber layers and the inner glass fiber layers are alternately located between the surface glass fiber layers. A first carbon fiber layer(C1) and a second carbon fiber layer(C2) are located between the first and second surface glass fiber layers. The first and second inner glass fiber layers are located between the first and second carbon fiber layers.
