PURPOSE: A shoe and an insole are provided to stimulate the sole, to recover fatigue, to accelerate the secretion of brain function active materials, and to absorb the impact applied to the sole. CONSTITUTION: A shoe includes a main body(100) forming a space accommodating the foot, and a bottom part(200) integrated with main body in order to contact the sole, wherein the bottom part includes a front foot part(210) corresponding to a toe part, a middle foot part(220) corresponding to an arch part, and a heel part(230). A first pressurization part(300) is formed on the bottom part.
