PURPOSE: A compound which is useful as a two-photon tracer is provided to ensure selective absorption, high solubility, and pH resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A compound as a two-photon tracer as a structure of chemical formula 5 or 6. A kit for screening an anticancer agent using TPM method contains the two-photon tracer. A method for screening the anticancer agent by TPM method comprises: a step of applying the two-photon tracer and anticancer agent into in vitro or in vivo cells, and a step of obtaining a TPM image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
