PURPOSE: A coated layer for shielding heat using metal ion implantation and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance oxidation resistance and to reduce the growing speed of TGO(Thermally Grown Oxide) without the decrease of the interfacial adhesion of the surface of super heat-resistance alloy and a MCrAlY(M-Chromium-Aluminum-Yttrium) coated layer. CONSTITUTION: A coated layer for shielding heat using metal ion implantation consists of super heat-resistance alloy, a YSZ(Yitra Stabilized Zirconia) layer, an MCrAlY bond coated layer. The M of the MCrAlY bond coated layer is Co, Ni or an alloy of Co and Ni. The bond coated layer of the MCrAlY is located between the super heat-resistance alloy and the YSZ layer. For the formation of a thermally grown oxide film to be prevented, metallic ion is injected into the bond coated layer.
