PURPOSE: A TRPV1 activator containing geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate(GGPP) and a method for detecting a test compound using the same are provided to develop analgesic.;CONSTITUTION: A composition for screening TRPV1(transient receptor potential vanilloid 1) activator or activation inhibitor contains geranyl geranyl pyrophosphate(GGPP) or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A method for screening TRPV1 activation inhibitor comprises: a step of preparing a transformant containing a plasmid encoding TRPV1; a step of treating the transformant with GGPP or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a test compound; and a step of measuring TRPV1 activation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
