PURPOSE: A multistage reciprocating slit plate damper and an earthquake energy damping device using the same are provided to be semi-permanently used regardless of a climate change or a season change.;CONSTITUTION: A multistage reciprocating slit plate damper comprises a first central slit plate(110), a first intersection plate(120), a first flat plate(410), a second flat plate(420), a second central slit plate(210), a second intersection plate(220), and a third flat plate(430). Linear cut parts(11) are formed in the first central slit plate. The first intersection plate is integrally coupled to the first central slit plate.
