PURPOSE: A method for forming a texture in iron and iron-base alloys and a method for manufacturing a non-oriented electric plate using the same are provided to remarkably strengthen the intensity of a texture through heat-treatment.;CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a texture in iron and iron-base alloys is as follows. A surface, which is parallel with a metal plate composed of iron or iron-base alloys, is formed on the surface of the metal plate using the elastic anisotropy of ferrite.
