MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DODECACALCIUM HEPTA-ALUMINATE AND DODECACALCIUM HEPTA-ALUMINATE MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dodecacalcium hepta-aluminate and the dodecacalcium hepta-aluminate prepared using the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and obtain the high reproducibility. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum-tri-sec-butoxide is mixed with ethylacetoacetate or acetyl acetone to prepare a chelated aluminum alkoxide solution. A first organic solvent is added to melt the chelated aluminum alkoxide solution. Distilled water is added to the first organic solvent mixed with the chelated aluminum alkoxide solution in order to implement a hydrolysis reaction. An acid solution, which does not form salt with respect to the chelated aluminum alkoxide solution, is added to prepare an alumina source solution.
