PURPOSE: An auto-stop drill for an implant surgery is provided to enable an operator to visually check the perforation state of maxillary sinus, and to prevent the damage of the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus.;CONSTITUTION: An auto-stop drill for an implant surgery includes a sub-drill(10), a power transfer cap(30), a main drill(20), and a clutch device. The sub-drill includes a protruded pin formed on the peripheral surface. The protruded pin is connected to an outer motor to rotate. The power transfer cap includes a concave unit for inserting the protruded pin. The main drill is combined with the power transfer cap to be rotated with the sub-drill. The clutch device controls the transfer of the rotational force from the sub-drill to the main drill.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
