THE STRUCTURE OF HEADER TANK EQUIPPED WITH GUIDE FOR PREVENTING SEPSRATION IN HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A structure of a header tank for a heat exchanger with a separation preventing guide is provided to prevent the generation of the leak of a heat exchange medium since air-tightness between a tank and a header is stably maintained. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a header tank for a heat exchanger with a separation preventing guide comprises a tank(100), a header(200), and a gasket(300). A coupling part(110) is formed along the edge of the tank. A U-shaped insertion part(210) is formed along the edge of the header. The insertion part is coupled to the coupling part of the tank. The gasket maintains air-tightness between the tank and the header. The gasket is not sandwiched between the inner surface of the coupling part and the inner surface of the insertion part. The separation preventing guide is formed on the bottom of the coupling part.
