PURPOSE: A porous silica composite and a method for preparing the same are provided to sensitively diagnose pathogens, small molecular material, proteins, and DNA.;CONSTITUTION: A porous silica composite comprises: magnetic nanoparticles with peroxidase activity; and an enzyme which provides a reactive substrate catalyzed by peroxidase or an enzyme using a reactant catalyzed by peroxidase. The substrate catalyzed by hydrogen peroxide is hydrogen peroxide. The reactant catalyzed by peroxidase is water(H_2O) or oxygen(O_2). The porous silica is MSU, SBA, MCM, or KIT. A method for preparing the porous silica composite comprises: a step of precipitating the magnetic particles inside a pore of the silica; and a step of fixing the enzyme into the pore.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
