ADMISSION CONTROL METHOD BASED ON PRIORITY ACCESS FOR WIRELESS LANS

PURPOSE: An admission control method based on a priority access for a wireless LAN is provided to block an AC(Access Category) of a low priority from being transmitted in case there is a packet of AC(Access Category) to be transmitted. CONSTITUTION: In case a new flow receives a busy tone between LCBT(Last Channel Busy Time) and PAT(Packet Arrival Time), it is determined whether a new packet is received from an upper layer(S303). In case the flow receives a new packet, an idle state of a wireless channel medium is detected(S305). If the busy tone is received, the flow stops transmitting the busy tone(S307).
