PURPOSE: A polymer matrix for capillary electrophoresis-based single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis and capillary electrophoresis-based single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis method using the same are provided to rapidly and accurately separate biomolecules by forming a micelle structure.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer matrix for capillary electrophoresis-based single-strand conformation polymorphism analysis comprises a polymer micelle. The polymer micelle is formed by dispersing a triple block copolymer on an aqueous medium. The content of the triple block copolymer is 70~85%.
