PURPOSE: A high-field anodic oxidizer for forming a nanostructure on a metal surface is provided to prevent damage to the nanostructure caused by rapid melting of metal or dielectric breakdown of an oxide film.;CONSTITUTION: A high-field anodic oxidizer for forming a nanostructure on a metal surface comprises a power supply unit(100), a temperature control unit(200), and a reaction rate control unit(300). The power supply unit applies a voltage of specific pattern between a metal anode(13) and a counter electrode within electrolyte(12). The temperature control unit maintains uniform temperature of the electrolyte and the electrode. The reaction rate control unit measures the current generating by the voltage provided with the power supply unit and controls the concentration of the electrolyte to maintain uniform current.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
