PURPOSE: An automatic cable signal analyzer of a smart phone is provided to combine a transmitting network and a smart phone as one.;CONSTITUTION: A management server collects data. The management server securely maintains the transmitting network by monitoring an error. A field manager processes all tasks in one device in order to maximize the work effectiveness. A transmitting network measurement instrument automatizes a specific domain in order to collect desired data.
