PURPOSE: A carboxylated nitrile-based copolymer latex is provided to avoid a long aging process and allergic reaction caused by sulfur and vulcanization accelerators.;CONSTITUTION: A carboxylated nitrile-based copolymer latex comprises a UV-crosslinkable acrylic monomer. The UV-crosslinkable acrylic monomer is selected from the group consisting of ethyl dithylene glycol monoacrylate, hexanediol diacrylate, and trimethylolpropene triacrylate. The carboxylated nitrile-based copolymer further includes 40~88 weight% of conjugated diene monomer, 9~50 weight% of ethylenic unsaturated nitrile monomer, and 0.1~10 weight% of ethylenic unsaturated acid monomer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
