PURPOSE: An optical fiber cable is provided to prevent the generation of electrical risks due to a messenger wire coming into contact with other power facilities by insulating the messenger wire.;CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber unit transfers an optical signal. A messenger wire(110) is parallelly arranged with respect to an optical unit and supports the optical fiber unit when the messenger wire is integrated with the optical unit. An external skin(120) covers the messenger wire and the optical fiber unit. A combining unit(121) is integrated with the external skin and combines the optical fiber unit and the messenger wire. A plurality of holes(123) is formed at the combining unit to be parallel with the optical fiber unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
