PURPOSE: An adaptive information synchronizing apparatus and method thereof are provided to maximize the effectiveness of the information exchange by grouping an information field.;CONSTITUTION: A ship server connects to the control server of land(S100). The ship server determines information search condition to synchronize(S102). A searcher searches for an information field in which a modification flag is changed after searching for an information field in a ship information table(S104). The ship server compresses one or more information fields and transmits the information field to a control server(S106).
