PURPOSE: A drain system of an underground food storage warehouse and a computation method of minimum refrigeration capacity are provided to minimize necessary refrigerating system capacity. CONSTITUTION: A drain system of an underground food storage warehouse comprises a top drain hole(24), a bottom drain hole(26), a pumping hole(28), and a pump. The top drain hole is arranged around the upper part of an underground storage warehouse(22). The bottom drain hole is arranged around the lower part of the underground storage warehouse. The pumping hole is punched perpendicularity. The pump is connected to the upper end of the pumping hole.
