PURPOSE: A spray type painting device for a hanging scaffold of a building outer wall using a shackle assembly is provided to enable easy and quick painting operation by performing spray type painting. CONSTITUTION: A spray type painting device for a hanging scaffold of a building outer wall using a shackle assembly includes shackle assemblies(100) and a box type cover(200). The box type cover comprises structures(210) and outer cover(220). The structure comprises the top and bottom frame having a circular and polygonized structure. The top and bottom frame are supported and fixed by one or more supports.
