PURPOSE: A wall panel and a ventilating unit embedding in the wall panel are provided to enable a ventilating having a function of collecting waste heat to be installed in a wall panel.;CONSTITUTION: A ventilating unit(1) embedding in the wall panel comprises a body(11) of a panel form. The body is embedded in a wall panel(2) having a penetrating unit and is thinner than the wall panel. An external-air path, an internal inflow path, an internal air path, and an exhaust path are arranged in the body side by side in the width direction of the ventilating unit. An external air pipe(31), an internal inflow pipe(32), a ventilating pipe(33), and an exhaust pipe(34) are installed on the upper part of the body to be extended to the upper part of the wall panel. The lower parts of the external-air pipe, internal inflow pipe and the exhaust pipe are respectively connected to the external-air path, internal inflow path, internal air path and exhaust path.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
