PURPOSE: A system for authenticating and securing a flash server based on a dynamic license method is provided to perform an authentication process using a computer IP address of a corresponding user who requests a video service.;CONSTITUTION: A web server extracts user information which includes the ID of a user, the name of a requested video, and the IP address of a corresponding computer. The web server transmits the user information to a media server. The web server transmits the URL of a video requested to the computer of a corresponding user. A media server temporarily stores the user information in a real time authentication list information DB. The media server matches the computer IP address information of a corresponding user with the authentication list information DB to determine whether the user illegally watches the video. A broker stops the media service by the control of the media server according to the determination result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
