PURPOSE: A hydrogen storage tank is provided to safely store deuterium and tritum by arranging a hydrogen-adsorbing material in a dual vacuum tank comprising an external tank and an internal tank. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen storage tank comprises an external tank(100), an internal tank(200), an adsorbing-material tank(300), an internal heater(400), a cooling pipe, and an external heater. The external tank comprises an exhaust pipe and a cool gas pipe. The internal tank is arranged in the external tank and comprises a hydrogen inflow pipe and a hydrogen outflow pipe. The adsorbing-material tank is arranged in the internal tank and consists of mesh. A plurality of cylindrical insertion pipes are vertically arranged in the adsorbing-material tank. The internal heater is arranged in the insertion pipe to be separated from the insertion pipe. The cooling pipe is arranged in the insertion pipe to make contact with it.
