The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I) wherein W, D, E, G, J, L, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and Y are as defined herein, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, or solvates thereof, for usealone or in combination with one or more other pharmaceutically active compoundsin therapy, for treating diseases associated with deregulated angiogenesis, such as cancer and skin and eye diseases.
