PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of arranging a triangle vertex using a half-plane edge function are provided to efficiently rearrange the vertexes based on location information by obtaining the location information of inputted vertexes. CONSTITUTION: A fixed point information receiver(10) receives coordinate information of three fixed vertexes from the outside. Based on the use of a half-plane edge function, triangular information acquisition unit(30) checks the location of the third inputted vertex for the inputted coordinate information. The triangular information acquisition unit acquires the vector direction information of the threes vertexes and the re-arrangement fixed vertex information. A rearrangement fixed vertex information transmitter(60) transfers the information on the acquired rearrangement vertexes to the outside.
