PURPOSE: A call connection processing/error cause analyzing system and control method thereof are provided to generate a call connection error and to easily determine whether there is error in a call connection processing/error cause analyzing system. CONSTITUTION: A call connection information management server(200) stores a call connection processing result to a call. An analysis server(300) analyzes a correlation of each device by using device information that is matched to each call of the call connection information management server. The analysis server decides an apparatus for generating call connection control error.
