PURPOSE: A millstone-type food waste disposer and a food waste processing method using thereof are provided to effectively crush food waste using a millstone principle, and to reduce the heat-drying time of the food waste.;CONSTITUTION: A millstone-type food waste disposer comprises the following: an upper milling plate(310) including a food waste insertion unit(311); a lower milling plate(320) formed on the lower side of the upper milling plate; and a pressing member(240) compressing food waste inserted into the disposer to the upper milling plate. The pressing member compresses the food waste to the rotating upper milling plate for crushing the food waste.
