SMART DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND ANTI-ISLANDING METHOD OF DISTRIBUTED POWER GENERATION

PURPOSE: A smart distribution system for monitoring a circuit breaker and a single operation preventing method of the distribution power are provided to efficiently prevent the single operation of distribution power by opening the distribution power breaker by receiving the open of the distribution device and the fault of the distribution line from FRTU. CONSTITUTION: A distribution device(130) is installed in a distribution line(120) connected to a power substation(110). The distribution devices includes an automatic switch(140) which transmits monitoring information to a distribution system operating device. A FRTU(Feeder Remote Terminal Unit)(155) transmits the operation state information of the distribution device to the distribution system operating unit. A distribution power blocking device(170) controls the connection of the distribution power and the distribution line. A distribution system operating device(200) monitors the connection of the distribution power and the distribution line.
