PURPOSE: An engineering platform system of a power telemetric and a using method thereof are provided to monitor, diagnose, repair, and maintain power facility based on CBM(Condition Based Maintenance). CONSTITUTION: A fault event analyzing system analyzes the system fault situation of a power facility and supports the normal restoration of an electric power system. A condition monitoring and diagnosing system(120) monitors and diagnoses a power facility. The state monitoring and diagnosing system supports a diagnosis result in the fault event analyzing system. A facility repair and maintenance management system(130) manages information for repairing and maintaining the power facility and uses a diagnosis result. A facility asset management system(140) manages facility information and provides the facility information of the power facility.
