PURPOSE: A software download method of a digital television is provided to determine download target division blocks in consideration of the acquisition speed of division blocks of download target software.;CONSTITUTION: A DTV(Digital Television) determines the download of a software(S100), and acquires a division block of the software through the decoding operation of a broadcasting signal(S210). The digital television determines from the division blocks the blocks which are supposed to be downloaded through an interactive network.
