PURPOSE: A novel treatment method of green tea is provided to enable a user to easily extract green tea leaf components, by puffing green tea leaves.;CONSTITUTION: A novel treatment method of green tea comprises the following steps: collecting leaves or buds from camellia sinensis; puffing the collected tea leaves or buds at the pressure of 0.3~1.0kg/cubic centimeters, and the temperature of 70~120deg C for 30second~5minutes; and drying the puffed tea leaves.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
