METHOD FOR FORMING A PSEUDO SATELLITE FOR AN INTERNAL POSITION MEASURING SYSTEM IN A CELLULAR NETWORK CAPABLE OF SENDING THE SAME SIGNAL AS A GPS SATELLITE SIGNAL

PURPOSE: A method for forming a pseudo satellite for an internal position measuring system in a cellular network is provided to supply a location based service without any change of a GPS receiver.;CONSTITUTION: A pseudo satellite checks pseudo satellite installation location input of a user(S200). Current GPS satellite information is requested to a server connected to the pseudo satellite(S210). The received satellite information is identified(S220). The installation space of the pseudo satellite and the distance between the pseudo satellite and a corresponding GPS satellite are calculated based on the received satellite information(S230). The pseudo satellite calculates an offset corresponding to the distance between the pseudo satellite and the corresponding GPS satellite(S240). Calculated offset and satellite information are inputted to an FPGA which makes a pseudo satellite signal(S250).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
