METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEERED STONE PRODUCTS AND ENGINEERED STONE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing engineered stone products and an engineered stone product which is manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the contortion and construction by combining a lightweight material and by improving mechanical property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing engineered stone products comprises next steps. The engineered stone slab is cut in a tile type of fixed size(S100). The cut engineered stone tile is processed to have uniform thickness(S200). The thickness of the processed engineered stone tile is 2~15mm. The lightweight material is welded on the rear side of the engineered stone tile by using adhesive. The main component of adhesive is acryl group or epoxy series(S300).
