PURPOSE: A safety inspection method of an upper plate for a road bridge is provided to enable a road manager to efficiently manage a bridge structure by inspecting and diagnosing the state of the upper structure of the bridge structure.;CONSTITUTION: A safety inspection method of an upper plate for a road bridge comprises a movable pulley(30), a connection member, a sensor(58), and a moving member. The connection member is coupled to the support bar(31) of the movable pulley. The connection member is composed of a vertical bar(40), a connection unit(45), and a lattice bar(50). The sensor is connected to a wire inserted into the inner sides of the support bar, the vertical bar, and the connection unit. The moving member is installed by penetrating through the center of the lattice bar.
