PURPOSE: A marine load rotating apparatus is provided to effectively disperse the force exerted on the rotation center of a load and smoothly rotate the load.;CONSTITUTION: A marine load rotating apparatus comprises a fixed base(20), a rotating base(30), a load, a plurality of screw jacks, a roller assembly, and a pad assembly. The fixed base is fixed on a ship(10) and equipped with a circular fixed rail. The rotating base, on which a load is placed, rotates around the fixed base by the power of a drive source. The screw jacks are arranged through the rotating base according to the position of the fixed rail. The roller assembly has a plurality of rollers which are supported and guided on the fixed rail.
