SYSTEM AND METHOD COMPRISING ALGORITHM FOR MODE-OF-ACTION OF MICROARRAY EXPERIMENTAL DATA, EXPERIMENT/TREATMENT CONDITION-SPECIFIC NETWORK GENERATION AND EXPERIMENT/TREATMENT CONDITION RELATION INTERPRETATION USING BIOLOGICAL NETWORK ANALYSIS, AND RECORDING MEDIA HAVING PROGRAM THEREFOR
PURPOSE: A system and method comprising algorithm for mode-of-action of microarray experimental data, experiment/treatment condition-specific network generation and experiment/treatment condition relation interpretation using biological network analysis, and recording media having program therefor are provided to grasp an unknown gene and protein. CONSTITUTION: A gene network learning unit predicts a gene network. A protein network significance inspector inspects the significance of the protein network. An activation path significance inspector inspects a significance of a searched activation signal/metabolism transfer path. An experiment condition relation reading unit interprets the relationship of the experiment/processing condition. An integrated output unit outputs a biologically integrated network through a read experiment condition relation.
