PURPOSE: A zoom lens and image photographing apparatus with the same are provided to inexpensively satisfy various demands of a user.;CONSTITUTION: A first lens group(G1), a second lens group(G2), a third lens group(G3), and a fourth lens group(G4) are successively arranged from an object side(O) toward an image side(I). The first lens group, the third lens group, and the fourth lens group have plus refraction power. The second lens group has minus refraction power. The gap between the first lens group and the second lens group gets wider, the gap between the second lens group and the third lens group gets narrower, and the fourth lens group moves upward when a zoom lens makes zooming from a wide angle end to a telescopic end.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
