SOFC MANUFACTURED BY THE TAPE CASTING-COFIRING METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing solid oxide unit cells is provided to enable cofiring of an air electrode, electrolyte and fuel electrode by lowering sinterability through the coarsening of particles by firing GDC or SDC composition in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing solid oxide unit cells comprises the steps of: molding the slurry for air electrode, the slurry for a fuel electrode, and the slurry for electrolyte in a plate form, wherein the slurry for air electrode includes LSCF or LSM and one selected from fired GDC and SDC, the slurry for the fuel electrode includes NiO and one selected from GDC and SDC, and the slurry for electrolyte includes one selected from GDC and SDC; laminating each plate molded product; and cofiring the laminated plate molded product to unit cells.
