PURPOSE: A composition for manufacturing a thermoplasticpolyurethane elastomer is provided to prepare a micro-pellet type thermoplasticpolyurethane elastomer with excellent mechanical properties, light resistance, heat resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for manufacturing a thermoplasticpolyurethane elastomer used in a micro-pellet slush molding process comprises; 100 parts by weight polymer of a polymer consisting of 20-80 parts by weight of polyol, 10-50 parts by weight of isocyanate, and 5-30 parts by weight of chain extender; and 0.1-5 parts by weight of light resistant stabilizer.
