PURPOSE: A wire rope loop for weight cargo loading and unloading work and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve rapidness and simplicity of work, workability and productivity by reinforcing a fitting simply using a casting jig. ;CONSTITUTION: A wire rope loop for weight cargo loading and unloading work comprises: a wire rope formed in a ring structure and overlapping an A-rope end and a B-rope end of two ends; a fitting compressed and fixed to the outside of the A-rope end and the B-rope end of the wire rope and connecting the A-rope end and the B-rope end with each other; and A, B-casting reinforcements formed in one on two sides of the fitting by molten metal using a casting jig(3) and including a taper of the front side and an inclined end of the backside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
