PURPOSE: An integrated membrane for western blot and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the sensitivity of protein detecting and diagnosing processes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an integrated membrane for western blot includes the following: A spinning solution is obtained by dissolving a hydrophobic polymer material in a solvent. Nano fiber web based on hydrophobic polymer is obtained by spinning the spinning solution. The nano fiber web is laminated to obtain a membrane for western blot. Paper for the western blot, on which an adhesive is applied, is laminated with the membrane in order to obtain an integrated membrane for the western blot.
