PURPOSE: An application protection method and an application execution method are provided to prevent an illegal application usage by executing an application in an apparatus having a legal right. ;CONSTITUTION: An application(170) is offered to a user terminal. An application executing key is generated by using information on a user terminal, information on the application and a part of text. The generated key is sent to the user terminal. The key is generated by operating a hash process of the information on a user terminal, the information on the application and a part of text.
