PURPOSE: A medical cooling/heating machine comprising a compensational heat exchanger is provided to properly store medicine according to the characteristics of the medicine and to selectively change the functions of cooling/heating compartments.;CONSTITUTION: A medical cooling/heating machine comprises a housing(110), a first thermoelectric semiconductor(120), and a second thermoelectric semiconductor(130). The housing comprises a first and a second storage compartment for storing medicine which are opened and closed with a first and a second door, respectively. The first thermoelectric semiconductor is installed in a wall of the first storage compartment and has heat radiating and absorbing surfaces which activate heat radiating and absorbing functions upon current application. The second thermoelectric semiconductor is installed in a wall of the second storage compartment and has heat radiating and absorbing surfaces which activate heat radiating and absorbing functions upon current application.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
