HOT AND COOL WATER, HEATING AND COOLING SUPPLY SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A system for supplying the heating and cooling water, which can perform continuous operation without separate defrost operation, is provided to block the degradation of evaporation efficiency by preventing the generating of dew condensation on a secondary heat exchanger, in spite of low outside temperature. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying the heating and cooling water comprise a compressor(31), a condenser(32), expansion valves(33,34), an evaporator(36), a first secondary heat exchanger(37), a second subsidiary heat exchanger(38), and a blower(39). The compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator are connected using a circulation line(20). The hot water or heating water is provided by the condenser. The cold water or cooling water is provided with the evaporator. The first secondary heat exchanger is installed on the circulation line and re-condenses the heat exchange media which is firstly condensed by the condenser. The second subsidiary heat exchanger evaporates the heat exchange media through the first secondary heat exchanger. The blower blows the heat exhausted by the first secondary heat exchanger, to the second subsidiary heat exchanger.
