PURPOSE: A slag processing device capable of rapid slag solidification is provided to perform slag solidifying and breaking processes without requiring stand-by time by breaking hardened slag using a crusher.;CONSTITUTION: A slag processing device comprises a guide part(10), a cooling part(20), and a crushing part(30). The guide part guides slag. The cooling part sprays cooling water to the guide part. The crushing part smashes the slag falling through the guide part. The guide part comprises a slope stand(11) and a support stand(12). The slope stand is tilted to make slag run down. The support stand supports the slope stand. The support stand controls the length of a hydraulic cylinder in order to control the tilt of the slope stand. The rotary drum of the crushing part is located in the lower portion of the guide part. The driving part rotates the rotary drum in a specific direction. A blow object is combined in the rotary drum to hit the slag to run through the guide part. A second rotary drum is located in the lower part of the guide part. The second driver part rotates the second rotary drum at the other direction. A first cutting part of the crushing part is combined in the first rotary drum. A second cutting part of the crushing part cuts the slag.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
